It's All Basically the Same

Moving and Motion

Karen and I are headed up to the austerity of Longview tomorrow to pack our belongings, give away our old clothes, and clean up our first apartment. It was fun living at LeTourneau, but it will be nice to finally throw our stuff into a POD and let it be done. We'll then be headed to the bucolic countryside of New York to visit with my family for a couple of weeks before moving over to Atlanta. It will be nice to hang out with friends, cruise on the lake, and travel around the Northeast.

We leased an apartment today that fits our needs pretty well. It has an office, it's in a safe and newer building, and the price is more than right. I may end up biking myself through the urban jungles of Atlanta in order to get to school, but we'll see how scared I get of southern city drivers before the term starts. Karen and I have been doing well. We're both excited about moving this summer and having our first anniversary this July. Things are good, busy but good. I feel closer to my lovely wife everyday and I am continually excited and uplifted by the fact that I can spend my life with someone who is so beautiful and takes such good care of me (Incorrect Sentence, but no time to edit, sorry english folks). I'm not afraid of writing that mush on here: A)because it upsets people who are so low in the self esteem department they must make fun of and belittle the small amount of mush to make themselves feel better and B) Because Karen is far much more of a wife than I could ever imagine, and thus the mush is true. C) No one really reads this anymore due to my poor decorum in the blog upkeep department. And D) You feel the same way about your loved one, and if you don't you need to pull a Will Farrel and stop by the Welshly Arms Hotel.
