We went to Fort Worth Botanical Gardens with a total party of 9 for a most amazing Polyphonic Spree concert. There were about 3,000 people in a well trimmed field surrounded by light adorned trees. Fireworks capped off an amazing show and a 4 song encore medley..."Stranger to the Sun, you've seen the light (Fireworks start to go off)" And the whole encore was an amazing sight of the Spree jamming out, with an accompaniment of fireworks for the pinnacle of the awesomeness. Although a little weird to some, the Spree have the best rock show that I have seen. All of the musicians are extremely talented, and always hit every small intricacy in perfect time. On top of that, it's just darn fun to have the sound of 23 energetic and robed musicians playing hit you all at once.

Yeah, that would rock. We had nine there this last time, and Spork and I set the bar at a minimum of 15 for this one. ;-)
I am so so so coming. Missed them twice before and NOT doing it again, come rain, shine, symphony or anything else. I will try and drag Schmorgan along again, too.

they may start out fun, but soon you'll be naked, dancing around a cactus in the middle of the desert, singing thier songs to the sun as its heat withers you away until you turn into a shiveled up prune man before you expire are are left to the mercy of the jackrabbits!
